Heather Gay has extensive experience in supply chain, procurement, and purchasing roles. Heather is currently serving as the Vice President Global Supply Chain and Purchasing at ATC Drivetrain since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Crenlo as the Vice President Global Supply Chain from May 2021 to January 2022. Before Crenlo, they held the position of Vice President Procurement at Hexagon Composites from December 2019 to May 2021. Heather also served as a Program Manager at Meritor from September 2008 to July 2013. Prior to Meritor, they worked at Detroit Diesel as a Program Manager from March 2007 to September 2008, as a Materials Manager from June 2005 to March 2007, and as a Senior Buyer from March 2003 to June 2005. Lastly, they started their career at DaimlerChrysler as a Production Supervisor from August 2001 to March 2003.
Heather Gay's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Heather then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, completing it in 2001. Later, from 2005 to 2008, Heather attended Lawrence Technological University and earned an MBA in Business Administration.
