The Recruiting Team at ATC is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various technical and sales roles to support the company's enterprise scaling solutions. This includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. They work closely with hiring managers and account managers to ensure that the right talent is aligned with ATC’s business needs and customer projects. The team also focuses on building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
