Caleb McLean has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2014, Caleb worked as a Sports Information Staff at Corban University, where they assisted with sports information needs, operated scoreboards and game clocks, recorded game film, and managed statistics for different sports teams. Following this, they joined the International Basketball League (IBL) as a Sports Information Director and Head of Basketball Scouting, where they analyzed and scouted players, created player profiles and statistic reports, and evaluated players' strengths and weaknesses. In 2016, Caleb became a Program Manager at Northwest Mental Health, leading a team of 80 mental health professionals and handling administrative functions. Caleb then joined 4 Directions as a Behavioral Health Technician, where they taught social and behavioral skills to at-risk boys and managed individual and group scheduling. In 2019, Caleb joined Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution as a Ticker/On-Air Graphics/Statistics Operator, conducting consumer research, tracking and reporting post-game statistics, and producing bugs and graphics for 36 channels. Caleb was later promoted to Master Control Operator, where they directed live events, managed commercial breaks, and ensured quality game streams. Currently, Caleb works at ATCi as a Master Control Operator/Video Engineer - Department Head, responsible for utilizing the Evertz Mediator X platform, managing on-air playlists, and successfully playing out channels for AMC Networks.

From 2020 to 2022, they attended Bellevue University and earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Business and Professional Communication.

Between 2014 and 2016, Caleb studied at Corban University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management with a focus on Human Performance.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Clackamas Community College. During this period, they completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business/Science.
