Rodney Deir has extensive experience within the Canadian Armed Forces, having served in various leadership roles including Regimental Sergeant's Major, Company Sergeant's Major, and Unit Sergeant's Major, focusing on recruitment in the Prairies and the North since October 1990. Following military service, Rodney Deir transitioned to ATCO in February 2024 as Brigade Senior HR Manager and Financial Manager and serves as an Advisor for the Veteran Talent Program. Prior experience includes roles at Commissionaires Southern Alberta from April 2022 to February 2024, where Rodney Deir held positions such as Manager of Veteran Engagement and Recruitment and Recruitment Specialist. Education was completed at St. Martin's High School.
