Catherine Connolly, MS, CPTD, SHRM-SCP has a wide-ranging experience in various industries such as energy, healthcare, eLearning, and research. In their roles, Catherine has focused on talent management, organizational development, training, leadership development, and performance appraisal. With a strong educational background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Catherine has been involved in curriculum development, needs analysis, evaluation, and project management throughout their career. Currently serving as Acting VP, Programs at ATD Houston, Catherine continues to drive strategic human capital management initiatives.
