Sandy Adair M.ed. (Retired)

Sandy Adair M.Ed. SHRM-SCP (Retired) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sandy worked as a Change Management Consultant at mBridge Solutions, where they focused on implementing organizational change strategies. Sandy also served as the Owner of Aspen West Consulting LLC, providing consulting services to various clients.

In addition, Sandy held the position of VP Geographic and Special Interest Groups at ATD Houston, where they oversaw the development and management of these groups. Sandy has also worked as a Risk Management Consultant for the Frontline Group, where they implemented OD programs to mitigate risk and improve efficiency for Hess Corporation.

Furthermore, Sandy served as a Senior Project Consultant at ConocoPhillips, designing a competency LMS system to identify and train safety-critical competencies for the Drilling & Completions staff. Sandy also worked as a Knowledge Management Consultant at Vitesse Solutions, developing global knowledge sharing programs and solutions.

Prior to these roles, Sandy worked at the City of Calgary as an Employee Development Coordinator/Instructional Designer, where they focused on enhancing individual and team proficiency through learning interventions and career advancement opportunities. Sandy has also held various positions at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), including Director of Student Services, Executive Consultant for the Office of the Vice-President, Academic Affairs, and Academic Coordinator for Applied Arts and Sciences.

Sandy Adair M.Ed. SHRM-SCP (Retired) has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Instructional Systems Design and Workplace Learning from the University of Calgary. Sandy also holds a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Sandy has obtained several certifications including a Business Management Certificate from the University of Calgary, a Change Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and they are a retired Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
