Eddie Gardiner

Eddie Gardiner has been working in Human Resources and development for over 10 years. Eddie has a passion for helping people learn and grow in their careers. Eddie has worked as a Staff Development Specialist, designing and facilitating training for front line staff. Eddie also created the "Mind Hack" which is an online community where staff can access material to support their professional growth. In their current position as VP of Professional Development at Total Trainer University, they continue to develop their skills in instructional design, webinars, and online learning using PowerPoint, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline. Eddie also provides performance consulting and manages Learning Management Systems. In addition to their work in Human Resources, Eddie has also initiated the process of creating branding guidelines for the OCCR Staff Development team. Eddie is a motivated leader with a commitment to helping others reach their potential.

Their manager is Gillian Wilson, President. They are on a team with Briana Koeppe - VP Professional Development, Workshops, Brenda Callen Legault - VP Membership, and Michele Bivens - Chief Financial Officer.
