Michele Bivens

Michele Bivens has been a financial leader in the Orange County area for over 20 years. Michele currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for ATD Orange County. Prior to their current role, Michele was the President of MetaForce, a human resources consulting and training company. Michele has also held the position of Director of Customer Care for Online Transaction Technologies and various positions with ADP over the span of their career. Michele's experience and dedication to their work has made their a respected leader in the financial community.

Michele Bivens has a Bachelor's in General Business and Accounting from California State University, Long Beach. Michele also has an Accounting degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. For their General Ed, they went to University of La Verne. Michele is certified by the ATD Certification Institute as a Certified Professional in Talent Development, and by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Professional in Human Resources - California (PHR-CA).

They are on a team with Eddie Gardiner - VP Professional Development, Total Trainer University, Briana Koeppe - VP Professional Development, Workshops, and Kim-Khue Chieffo - VP Talent Management. Their manager is Gillian Wilson, President.
