Caroline Leonhardt Wegner possesses extensive experience in HR data analysis and process optimization. Currently serving as an HR Data Analyst at Atea Danmark since January 2017, Caroline is responsible for collecting and analyzing HR data for operations and management, as well as dashboard creation and system management for HR systems. Previously, Caroline held positions as HR-koordinator, focusing on optimizing HR processes and data management, and as an HR-praktikant at SILVAN, where customer service and sales were emphasized. Earlier roles include student assistant positions at BKI foods a/s, DT Group, Siemens, and Oxford Research, where tasks involved data entry, contract archiving, and inventory management. Caroline holds a Cand.merc.jur degree from Copenhagen Business School, completed in 2016, and attended Greve Gymnasium from 2006 to 2009.
