Miika Raty

Miika Raty has extensive experience in service portfolio management and operations, currently serving as Service Portfolio Manager at Atea Finland Oy since October 2007. Raty has held several key positions within the company, including Head of Service Operations and Service Unit Manager, where responsibilities encompassed service design, development of service business, and leadership of the Service Desk unit. Notable achievements include establishing and leading a 24/7 Operations Center and managing various projects related to system integrations. Prior to Atea, Raty worked as a Project Manager at JDL IT-palvelut and held multiple roles at Elisa Oyj, focusing on operational management and coordination of technical support services and projects. Raty holds a degree in Business Information Technology from North Karelia Polytechnic - University of Applied Sciences.
