Taru Paukkula

Taru Paukkula serves as the Head of HR at Atea Finland Oy since January 2011, overseeing all HR functions within the company. With extensive experience as an HR Generalist, Taru has developed a robust skill set through previous roles, including HR Consultant at VTI Technologies Oy, where responsibilities encompassed HR policy development and employee cooperation. Early career experiences include positions at Pharmacia as an HR Assistant, at Hewlett Packard as an HR Consultant trainee, and at HOAS as a Housing Officer & Product Manager. Taru also has a background with Helsingin Seudun Kesäyliopisto as an Officer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science degree in Social & Political Sciences from the University of Helsinki and a Matriculation Examination from Martinlaakson lukio.
