Maris Priede

Maris Priede is a Senior Service Desk Level 1 Consultant at Atea Global Services Ltd. since August 2021, providing 24/7 technical support to global clients, managing user accounts, troubleshooting applications, and supporting Citrix and server systems. Prior experience includes serving as a Junior Service Desk Level 1 Consultant at BITE Latvija and working as a Telecommunication Sales Specialist while finishing high school. Maris holds a degree in Information Technologies for Sustainable Development from Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, obtained in 2022.
