Keith Pietropaolo

Keith has nearly 20 years of clinical development experience in multiple therapeutic areas. Working in numerous senior level scientific and operational roles, Keith has extensive experience in the full clinical development cycle, from first-in-human clinical trials through pivotal phase 3 clinical trials, culminating in NDA submission and approval. Keith also has experience working collaboratively with multiple big pharma development partners, including Novartis, Janssen and GSK.

Prior to joining Atea, Keith was most recently Senior Director, Clinical Operations at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Keith’s prior industry prior experiences included serving as Senior Director, Clinical Operations at Sideris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Idenix Pharmaceuticals.

Keith holds a BS in Biology from Boston College.
