Kelly Flores

Kelly Flores, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Atea Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a position held since April 2021, following a role as Associate Director of Payroll & Equity Administration. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Payroll and T&E Manager at Oncopeptides AB and Sr. Payroll Manager at GSK, where responsibilities included facilitating payroll data migration during the GSK/TESARO acquisition. Kelly also held the position of Senior Payroll Manager at TESARO, managing a payroll and expense operations team, and played a key role in transitioning payroll and fixed assets during Idenix Pharmaceuticals’ merger with Merck. Educational credentials include a BS in Pre Law from Suffolk University, a Paralegal Certification from Boston University, and a CPP designation from the American Payroll Association.
