Nisha Harichandran is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law and governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at ateb Group since September 2022 and as the Founder of Bohem Notes since September 2020, Nisha also holds the position of Senior Communications Specialist at ACAMS until August 2024. Previous roles include Director of Governance at Telenor Group from January 2016 to August 2019, Specialist at Maxis from October 2012 to December 2015, and Legal Counsel at INTI, Laureate International Universities from June 2010 to August 2012. Nisha began their career as a Senior Associate at Amarchand Mangaldas from March 2008 to March 2010 and as an Associate in Dispute Resolution at Logan Sabapathy & Co. from January 2005 to January 2008. Educational credentials include a Bar Vocational Course from BPP Law School (2002-2003) and an LLB in Law from Cardiff University (1999-2002).

ateb Group
ateb is a Housing Association and the parent company to Mill Bay Homes, West Wales Care and Repair and Effective Building Solutions. Our group of companies work across West Wales and have the collective purpose of ‘creating better living solutions’ for the people and communities of West Wales. We currently have over 3000 homes predominantly in Pembrokeshire that we rent on either a social or intermediate rental basis. ateb works closely with its Local Authority and other partners to develop around 150 new homes every year, to meet affordable housing need through a range of tenures such as, for rent, rent to buy or shared ownership. The ateb group consists of around 130 team members and many more partners and suppliers within our wider supply chain. All our activities are governed by our Board and regulated by the Welsh Government.
