Brad Clayton

Brad Clayton has extensive work experience in the medical technology industry, particularly in the field of spine surgery. Brad is currently the Vice President of Enabling Technologies at Alphatec Spine since 2023. Prior to this, Brad was the Chief Technology Officer at Accelus from 2021 to 2023, where they played a crucial role in accelerating minimally invasive spine surgery through the company's procedure-enabling technology. Before joining Accelus, Brad served as the CEO of Fusion Robotics LLC from 2018 to 2021, where they focused on developing and commercializing cost-effective robotic surgical solutions for spinal disorders.

From 2009 to 2017, Brad worked at Medtronic Brain and Spine Therapies, holding various senior leadership positions including the Global Director of Robotics and the Sr. Director of Portfolio Management. Prior to that, they held roles at Medtronic Spine & Biologics and Sofamor Danek, where they contributed to the development of innovative products in the field of spine surgery. Brad's career began at Citation Medical in 1991, where they worked as a Project Manager, and later at YKC Technologies as an Engineering Manager from 1985 to 1991. Overall, Brad Clayton has a wealth of experience in the medical technology industry, particularly in the area of spine surgery.
