Jackson Schleuning, CNIM, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Starting in 2016, Jackson worked as a Training Manager at Black Rock Bar and Grill, where they assisted in opening new franchises and was responsible for hiring and training employees. During this time, they also gained experience as a server, bartender, and assistant manager, developing management and customer service skills.

In 2017, Jackson served as the President of the Sigma Phi Epsilon (Official) Michigan Alpha Chapter at the University of Michigan. In this role, they oversaw a chapter of 130 active members and collaborated with various organizations and associations to implement policy reforms and improve the fraternity's operations.

Jackson's healthcare career began in 2018 when they worked as an Emergency Department Medical Scribe at PhysAssist Scribes, Inc. Here, they gained experience in medical documentation and supporting healthcare professionals in the emergency department.

In 2018, Jackson started their clinical training as an Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Student at Michigan Medicine. Jackson completed over 350 hours in the operating room and expanded their skillset to include pediatric patients and various IONM modalities.

Continuing their IONM career, Jackson joined Rush University Medical Center in 2019 as an Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Student. Under the direction of Dr. Jay Shils, they performed 55 documented cases and received individual instruction and supervision from ABRET credentialed professionals.

In 2020, Jackson returned to Rush University Medical Center as a Senior Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Technologist. Jackson independently provided neurophysiologic monitoring during orthopedic spine, neurosurgical, vascular, and ENT surgeries, ensuring meticulous documentation and professional conduct in the operating room.

From 2021 to 2023, Jackson joined MPOWERHealth as an Advanced Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Technologist. Their responsibilities included conducting pre-surgical patient advisory interviews, performing advanced multimodality intraoperative monitoring, and compiling post-operative reports and billing forms.

Currently, Jackson works at Alphatec Spine as a Market Development Associate for AlphaInformatiX, a role that demonstrates their expertise and contributions to the company's market development efforts.

Throughout their career, Jackson has consistently demonstrated a commitment to learning and expanding their skillset in the field of intraoperative neuromonitoring, and has gained valuable experience in various leadership and customer service roles.

Jackson Schleuning, CNIM, obtained their High School Diploma from Detroit Catholic Central High School. Jackson then pursued a Major in Movement Science (IONM) with a Minor in Entrepreneurship at the University of Michigan. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including CNIM (Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring) from ABRET Neurodiagnostic Credentialing and Accreditation, as well as Adult & Pediatric CPR/BLS from the American Heart Association. Currently, they are studying for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, with an expected completion date in 2024.
