Daniel Peters

Daniel Peters has a diverse work experience in the software testing field. Daniel is currently working as a Software Test Engineer II at Alphatec Spine since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tandem Diabetes Care from February 2020 to October 2022. At Tandem Diabetes Care, they held various roles ranging from Software Tester 1 to Senior Software Tester. In these roles, they were responsible for creating and refining software requirements, creating software development story items and workflow specs, planning milestone timelines, and allocating resources efficiently. Daniel also created and audited software validation protocols, onboarded new QA hires, and led software review board meetings. Additionally, they verified software behavior, created bug reports, and validated fix implementations through the software review board. Daniel also assisted with submitting product documentation to the FDA.

Daniel Peters attended UC Irvine from 2013 to 2016, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. During their time at UC Irvine, Daniel focused on studying Criminalistics and Criminal Science.
