Lauren Randaccio

Senior Design Engineer (r&d) at ATEC Spine

Lauren Randaccio's work experience begins in 2016 as an Imaging Science Intern at Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2018, they worked as an Additive Manufacturing & Materials Co-op at HRL Laboratories, LLC. During the same year, they also started their role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northeastern University College of Engineering, which lasted until 2019. In 2020, Lauren joined Aerogel Technologies as a Process Engineer, and in 2021, they were promoted to Senior Process Engineer. From 2022 to 2022, they worked at Surgalign as a Sr. Development Engineer, where they led a cross-functional team in developing a surgical instrument. Currently, they work at Alphatec Spine as a Design Engineer, starting in 2023.

Lauren Randaccio completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges between 2013 and 2017. Earlier, they attended Nichols School from 2009 to 2013. Lauren pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, in 2016, they studied French Language and Literature at Institut Américain Universitaire.
