Martin Mucciarone has a strong background in embedded systems engineering and software development. Martin currently works as a Staff Embedded Systems Engineer at Alphatec Spine. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Nortek Security & Control for 7 years, where they were responsible for designing security sensors and developing devices using PIC, Z-Wave, and Zigbee processors. Before that, they were a System Engineer at SpeedMinder Technology, LLC, where they maintained and enhanced their traffic safety product. Martin also has experience as a Software Engineer at G. M. Dudash & Associates, where they designed software for a positioning system, and as a Senior Software Engineer at SeQual Technologies, Inc., where they developed software for their first microprocessor-controlled product. Martin also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cardinal Health, where they designed and implemented machine control subsystems, and at Delta Design, where they designed motion control and environmental regulation software.
Martin Mucciarone attended Purdue University from 1977 to 1981, where they studied Computer Science. Martin did not obtain a degree during this time. In December 2018, Martin obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn.
