Mary Charlston has extensive experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, demonstrated through various leadership and sales roles. Currently serving as General Manager for Alphatec Spine in the ANZ region, previous positions include Regional Sales Manager Trauma at Stryker and multiple roles including Senior Spine Specialist at NuVasive. Mary began the career as a Registered Nurse at Code Blue Nursing and transitioned into sales with a position as Product Specialist at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Recently, Mary completed a Company Director Course (GAICD) at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Mini MBA from Chief Maker, enhancing business acumen and leadership skills.
