Robby Marvel

Robby Marvel has extensive work experience in the medical device industry. Robby started their career in 1995 as a Senior Lab Technician at Genetics Center, where they handled tissue culture, ordered supplies, and managed the lab's network and server. In 2001, they joined Gen-Probe as a Systems Engineer and played a key role in developing and releasing the Tigris instrument. Robby also conducted failure analysis and integrated new modules into automated testing instruments. In 2004, Robby became the Internal Instrument Support Manager at Gen-Probe, where they formed a team of instrument support engineers and ensured regulatory compliance for the Tigris and Panther instruments.
