Rebecca Penglase

Rebecca (Bec) Penglase is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Company Secretary at ATEC Global since March 2019, Rebecca has played a pivotal role in preparing meeting agendas, managing communications, and overseeing the Employee Share Option Plan. Prior to this, Rebecca held several strategic roles at Accenture, including HR Talent Strategist focused on Inclusion and Diversity, and Country Director for Cambodia. With a strong academic background in business management and entrepreneurship, alongside certifications in fitness, Rebecca has consistently demonstrated leadership and a commitment to fostering inclusive workplace cultures throughout various organizations.
