Kamil Afandiyev

Kamil Afandiyev is an experienced Electrical Commissioning Engineer at ATEF Group of Companies since November 2016, specializing in the engineering and commissioning of utility and traction substations with voltage levels up to 220kV. Prior to this role, Kamil worked as an Engineer at AZ ELKO MMC from March 2013 to November 2017. Kamil holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Power Transmission Installation from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, obtained between 2006 and 2010, and possesses strong skills in customer communication and project database management.
