Hilary Young

Hilary Young has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Hilary is currently a Senior Vice President of Claims at Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MagMutual, where they served as the VP of Claims from January 2022 to June 2023, and as a Senior Legal Counsel from November 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they worked at Hiscox, initially as a Claims Counsel in E&O from February 2018 to January 2020, then as a Complex Claims Specialist for A&E from February 2020 to October 2020, and finally as an AVP for MPL Claims from August 2020 to October 2020. From 2013 to 2018, they were at AIG, first as a Senior Analyst from March 2013 to August 2014, and later as a Complex Director from August 2014 to February 2018. Prior to their time at AIG, they were an Attorney at Jordan, Young & Associates from October 2009 to February 2013. Hilary also has experience as a Corporate Associate at Troutman Sanders from September 2007 to April 2009, and as a Summer Associate at Kilpatrick Stockton in 2006.

Hilary Young pursued their higher education by first attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Hilary furthered their education by enrolling in the Wake Forest University School of Law from 2004 to 2007, although the specific degree and field of study they pursued at this institution are not provided.
