Jarrod Elo

Jarrod Elo has extensive experience in application support and security analysis, currently serving as a Security Analyst and Application Support Specialist at Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jarrod was with SelectQuote Insurance Services from July 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing JavaScript- and React-based CRM applications, leading the Application Support team, and executing ticket management within various systems. Earlier in the career, Jarrod held roles such as Application Support I and Help Desk Technician II, focusing on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and customer service. Jarrod began working in customer-facing positions as a Clerk and Assistant Night Manager at QuikTrip from 2008 to 2012. Jarrod holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Metropolitan Community College.
