Tina Mossa

Tina Mossa has extensive work experience, primarily in the insurance industry. Tina is currently the Head of Operations at Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Head of Distribution Management at Hiscox USA from 2021 to 2022. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Vice President of Field Management at Hiscox. Before that, they worked at Hiscox USA from 2015 to 2020 in various roles including Value Stream Lead, Head of Operational Excellence, and Change Manager. Tina also has experience at Hiscox from 2009 to 2015, where they held positions such as Operations Manager, Senior Operations Analyst, and Team Leader. Additionally, they have previous experience at NYPPEX as a Finance Associate and at UBS as a Finance Intern. Tina began their career as a Tax Intern at TUDOR INVESTMENT CORPORATION and worked as an Accounting Assistant at Cornerstone Bank.

Tina Mossa began their education by attending The University of Connecticut from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Technology with a concentration in Finance. Tina later pursued further education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2021 to 2023, earning an Executive MBA with a focus on Leadership. Additionally, Tina Mossa has received certifications in CIOP from THE CIOP Institute and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, also obtained from THE CIOP Institute.
