Architektonický ateliér RAIS byl založen Ing. Arch. Robertem Raisem, Ph.D. MBA.  Dle architektonických návrhů Roberta Raise bylo doposud realizováno přes 700 staveb po celé České republice. V roce 2022 rozšířil svoji činnost o poskytování nadstandardních realitních služeb.

Architektonická a realitní kancelář RAIS se zaměřuje na prodej všech typů nemovitostí po celé České republice. Před prodejem nemovitosti se snažíme eliminovat maximum právních i faktických vad Vaší nemovitosti a to tak, aby se později snížila šance na případné reklamace na možné minimum. K tomu, aby se Vaše nemovitost prodávala jako zdravá používáme celou řadu postupů z oblasti architektury, stavebního práva a defektoskopie. Dokreslujeme studie nadstaveb, přístaveb, rekonstrukcí fasád či maximálního nového možného využití stavby či pozemku. Pomáháme měnit územní a regulační plány tak, aby se nemovitost prodávala s maximálním možným potenciálem.

The RAIS architectural studio was founded by Ing. Arch. Robert Rais, Ph.D. MBA. To date, over 700 buildings have been built throughout the Czech Republic based on Robert Rais' architectural designs. In 2022, he expanded his activities to include providing above-standard real estate services.

The RAIS architectural and real estate office focuses on selling all types of real estate throughout the Czech Republic. Before selling a property, we try to eliminate as many legal and factual defects as possible in your property, so that the chance of any complaints is reduced to the minimum possible. In order for your property to be sold as healthy as possible, we use a variety of procedures from the fields of architecture, construction law and defectoscopy. We complete studies of superstructures, extensions, facade reconstructions or the maximum possible new use of a building or plot of land. We help change zoning and regulatory plans so that the property is sold with the maximum possible potential.
