Head Of Fire Design at Atelier Ten

Scott Hall has over 25 years of experience in the field of fire engineering. Scott began their career as a firefighter with the Strathclyde Fire Brigade in 1995 and worked in that role until 2005. From 2005 to 2010, Scott served as an Associate Fire Engineer at SAFE Consulting. In 2010, they joined Atelier Ten as the Head of Fire Design, where they take a design-driven approach to fire engineering, utilizing fire modeling, statistical analysis of real fires, and studies of human behavior to create customized fire strategies that align with client aspirations and architectural design.

Scott Hall attended Falkirk College of Technology from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained a City and Guilds degree in Electrical Engineering. Scott then pursued their education at Glasgow Caledonian University from 1997 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Risk Engineering.
