Frederic Pasquier

Frederic Pasquier has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Frederic currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Ateme since 2017. In this position, they oversee the day-to-day R&D operations and is involved in restructuring and transforming the department. Frederic also plays a key role in budgeting, defining the R&D strategy, and implementing recruitment strategies. Frederic promotes cohesion between R&D departments and facilitates communication between the product and R&D teams. Prior to this, Frederic worked as Deputy VP Engineering and Director of Product & Solution Development at Ateme. Frederic was responsible for managing large engineering teams and ensuring timely project delivery to global customers. Frederic has expertise in Agile methodologies, broadcast, and OTT technologies. Frederic has also worked at Harmonic and Thomson Video Networks as a Program Manager, leading the development and deployment of video encoding and transcoding products. Frederic excels in team management, time-to-market strategies, and cost optimization for high-tech professional products.
