Damien Allard

Damien Allard has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Damien is currently working as a Product Owner at Atempo since April 2021. Prior to that, Damien worked at Nokia for 4 years (2017-2021) as a Product Owner in SAFe context. In this role, they were responsible for managing development teams and delivering Kubernetes platforms for various products. Damien also worked on network data analysis products within Nokia Software, implementing the SAFe agile framework.

Before joining Nokia, Damien worked at Alcatel-Lucent France for almost 20 years. Damien served as a Product Owner of a NPO scrum team, responsible for PCMD processing, from 2010 to 2017. Damien also worked as a Specification Engineer in the NPO team from 2005 to 2010, where they defined new features and conducted acceptance testing. Damien started their career at Alcatel as a Software Engineer, working on Alcatel 2G and 3G SGSN node development.

In addition to their corporate experience, Damien spent a year (1997-1998) as a Military Computer Science Teacher at Ecole Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr.

Damien Allard earned their Engineer's degree in Electronic Systems and computer sciences from Polytech Nantes, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Before that, they completed a Diplôme universitaire de technologie (DUT) in GEII from Université d'Angers, attending from 1992 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Damien has obtained several certifications, such as Trello Essential Training from LinkedIn in January 2021 and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in December 2020. Damien has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as Agile Project Management, Atlassian Confluence administration, JIRA administration, Git, Python programming, Docker, Kubernetes, and Flask web development, all obtained between 2019 and 2020.
