Jake Douma

Jacob Douma, PMP, serves as the Associate Director of Project Management at Aten Design Group since May 2022, having advanced from roles including Senior Project Manager and Digital Project Manager. Responsibilities at Aten include supporting department leadership, managing project management staff, and leading the creation of the PMO and associated strategies. Previously, Jacob held the position of Head of Operations & Editor at Evia Learning from May 2011 to January 2022, managing day-to-day operations and overseeing the production of textbooks and online learning products. Early career experience includes roles as Product Manager, Office Manager, and Research Intern, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in project management, operations, and educational product development. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hope College, with a focus on History, Art History, and World Languages.
