Christian Delaire

Christian Delaire currently serves as a lecturer at Master 246 - Management de l'Immobilier at Université Paris Dauphine since January 2019. In addition, Christian has held various independent board member positions with CEETRUS France, Covivio, Atenor, and Stoneweg European REIT. Previously, Christian was a senior advisor at ATLAND - Foncière ATLAND from September 2016 to August 2023, and served as global CEO of Generali Real Estate from April 2014 to June 2016, managing a significant portfolio valued at €28 billion. Christian also held the role of CEO at AEW Europe from March 2009 to February 2014, overseeing €18 billion in assets, and spent 15 years at AXA Real Estate in several leadership roles culminating as CIO. Christian's early career began as a consultant at KPMG Audit from 1992 to 1994. Christian Delaire holds a degree from ESSEC Business School and continues education through the DECF program.
