Damien Janssens de Bisthoven is a seasoned Project Manager and Owner of DJB Consulting srl, currently providing comprehensive project and development management services to real estate developers since July 2022. With a notable background in civil engineering, Damien has held various positions at BESIX Group, culminating in roles such as Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager, leading significant real estate projects including The Cosmopolitan and Oxygen. Additionally, Damien serves as a Liaison Officer in the Belgian Navy's Reserve Army and has been actively involved with the Urban Land Institute as a Steering Committee Member for ULI Young Leaders Belgium from July 2020 to July 2023. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain and participation in business training at Vlerick Business School.
