Hans Vandendael

Hans Vandendael serves as the International Legal Director, Company Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Atenor, an international real estate developer active in ten European countries, since April 2008. In this role, Hans leads and supports all legal and corporate activities across the group's operations. Prior experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director at Havana Distribution NV, where the focus was on branded beverages, and working as a lawyer at Van Bael & Bellis with a concentration on M&A, corporate, and real estate practices. Additionally, Hans held an associate position in the Banking & Finance department at Allen & Overy. Academic credentials include a Master of Law from KU Leuven and various advanced degrees in law and related fields from institutions such as Queen Mary University of London and Vlerick Business School, where Hans recently studied sustainability.
