Ignacio Pascual

Ignacio Pascual is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial management and transformation within the telecommunications and BPO sectors. Currently serving as Director Comercial y Transformación at Atento since May 2022, Ignacio leads various teams focused on commercial strategy, project management, digital transformation, and IT. Previously, Ignacio held significant positions at Atento, including Director Comercial de Nuevos Negocios Sudamérica and Director Comercial Argentina, Perú y Uruguay, where responsibilities encompassed generating new business and managing regional commercial relations. Ignacio's earlier career at Telefónica Perú, from 2001 to 2016, included roles that involved overseeing channel management, marketing strategies, and call center operations. Ignacio holds a Master's degree in Management & Business from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Administration from Universidad Abierta Interamericana.
