Santiago Henao

Santiago Henao is a Senior Global Project Manager at Atento since January 2023, overseeing the strategic portfolio with a global scope. Previously, Santiago held various managerial roles at Atento from May 2015 to December 2022, including Senior Manager for South America Delivery Controller, where responsibility encompassed production control processes and client satisfaction across multiple countries. Santiago also served as an Operational Efficiency Manager and Transformation Manager, focusing on workforce management and strategic portfolio execution. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Nexa BPO and Ingeniería Financiera y Tecnológica Ltda, as well as a technical background in software development and project management. Santiago holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a specialization in Technical Project Management from Universidad Santo Tomás.
