Rui Fernandes is an experienced human resources professional with a strong focus on payroll and compensation management. Currently serving as Payroll and Compensation & Benefits Manager at ATEPELI - Ateliers de Portugal since August 2021, Rui has previously held positions including HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Grupo Casais and HR Business Partner Support at Bosch Car Multimedia Portugal, S.A. Rui's extensive background in human resources also includes roles as HR Specialist at Bosch Portugal, HR Technician at Grupo ACA, Torrestir, and BNP Paribas Financial Services, along with an early career as a Human Resources Trainee at Tempo Team - Portugal.
