Ari Tsetlin

Ari Tsetlin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Prior to their current role, they worked at Atera as a Junior Customer Success Manager from February 2021 to July 2021, and then transitioned into the role of a Customer Success Manager from July 2021 onwards.

Before joining Atera, Ari served in the Israel Defense Forces. Ari held positions such as Chief Warrant Officer, First Sergeant - Reserves, Sergeant, and Infantry Soldier - Combat Medic between 2014 and the present.

Additionally, Ari worked as a Security Operations Specialist at T&M Protection Resources, LLC from January 2016 to December 2019. Ari was responsible for protecting the safety of approximately 1,000 people in dispersed locations within the Old City of Jerusalem and East Jerusalem, accompanying tours and providing security for high net-worth individuals, tourists, school groups, and U.S.

Prior to that, Ari worked as a Kitchen Manager at Mikes Place in 2013, where they supervised hot and cold food production, managed inventory, handled customer complaints, and oversaw a team of up to 5 employees.

Ari's previous experience also includes working as a Plumber at CJ Plumbing and Heating from August 2012 to April 2013, where they received hands-on training in commercial plumbing for new constructions, renovations, and various types of plumbing projects.

Furthermore, Ari served as the Head of Sales Marketing at Tables of Elegance from 2012 to 2013. In this role, they promoted the company's social media page, arranged advertising and promotional booths at large events, and successfully increased the company's client base.

During their time at Shallots Bistro from 2011 to 2012, Ari worked as a Bar Manager. Ari was responsible for purchasing and inventory of alcohol-related products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accuracy and timing of orders.

Lastly, Ari worked at Sunshine Lighting Inc as an Inventory Control Manager from January 2010 to June 2011. Ari managed a team, supervised inventory accuracy and efficiency for over 100,000 products, and handled technical issues involving the computer network and inventory control software.
