Ilana Kurtzer

Ilana Kurtzer has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and graphic design. Ilana currently works as a Product Design Lead at Atera since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Designer at Juno Inc. from July 2018 to December 2019, where they led UI/UX design for the company's website, back-office systems, and emails. Ilana also played a role as a Product Manager and conducted usability studies to optimize user flows.

Before Juno, Ilana worked as a UI/UX Designer at OnMap LTD. from April 2016 to June 2018, where they were responsible for user flows, concept sketches, and visual design. Ilana also managed development teams and implemented agile methodology using JIRA.

From October 2014 to November 2016, Ilana worked as a Freelance Designer, where they developed digital and print designs for clients in various industries and provided strategic advice.

Earlier in their career, Ilana worked as a Creative Art Director at Design and Shoot - Global Branding from June 2015 to October 2016. Here they led the graphic design department and worked on brand campaigns for clients like Bezeq and Magnolia Jewellery.

Lastly, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Hamichlala Leasakim from December 2012 to September 2014, where they created and designed online and printed marketing materials. Ilana collaborated directly with clients and designed various graphic materials.

Ilana Kurtzer attended Wizo Design Academy from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a B.A of design & education with a focus on Graphic Design.
