Shai Blaustien

Shai Blaustien is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading technical initiatives and managing teams. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Atera since January 2024, Shai optimizes both front-end and back-end solutions utilizing Angular and C# .Net Core. Previously, Shai was a Software Development Team Lead at ZoomInfo, overseeing a team of six engineers and guiding the development of a sales automation platform. Shai's career also includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at TA9, where migration of a big data analytics platform to Angular 8 was led, and as a Full Stack Software Engineer at Devalore, contributing to AI tools for medical data. Shai's early career at IAI involved working on Unmanned Airborne Vehicle applications and maintaining real-time software systems. Shai holds a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology.
