Jennie Basile is the Division Counsel for the ATF in Houston, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this role, Basile served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Texas from 2009 to 2020, and in the District of Arizona from 2006 to 2007. They began their legal career as a GS in the DEA from 2002 to 2004. Basile holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and is pursuing a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami.
