Joseph P. Ceglio is currently a Senior Counsel in the Complex Financial Instruments Unit of the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. With prior experience as a Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the U.S. Navy and various roles within the SEC, including Staff Attorney and Senior Counsel, Joseph has developed a strong expertise in enforcement matters. Joseph also holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and continues to pursue a Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, Davis.
