Maheejith Sethunga

Maheejith Sethunga is an experienced professional with a background in manufacturing management and product development. Currently serving as Assistant Factory Manager at ATG® - Intelligent Glove Solutions since September 2014, Maheejith oversees production planning, finance, and workforce efficiency, ensuring smooth factory operations. Previously, Maheejith held the position of Shift Production Manager, focusing on workflow organization and production monitoring. Prior to ATG®, Maheejith worked as a Global Product Development Executive at Avery Dennison, where responsibilities included executing new product development and understanding customer needs for strategic formulation. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Manufacturing Management from the University of Colombo and a B.Sc in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Statistics from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka. Additional education was pursued at Wisdom Business Academy and Mayurapada Central College Narammala.
