Mia Johansson Strench

Mia Johansson Strench has extensive experience in the meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) industry, currently serving as the Manager of the ATG MICE Department at ATG (AllStar Travel Group) since 2011, overseeing domestic and international group programs of varying sizes and collaborating with global partners across 107 countries. Previously, Mia managed the ATG Conference Center, providing top-tier solutions for corporate training and conference needs, and worked as a Meetings and Events Planner handling key accounts and event logistics. Prior to joining ATG, Mia co-founded Palladia House, a marketing and event planning firm, and founded Mode Klippoteket, a successful chain of salons and day spas. Mia also held the position of Vice President at Sveriges Frisör Företagare, where responsibilities included organizing trade events and training for a large membership base, and began their career managing daily operations at Hårvårdsbutiken Barbis.
