Martin Gustafsson

Martin Gustafsson has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Martin started their career as a Consultant at Programmera AB in 1998. Later, they joined Contactor Data AB as a Consultant, where they worked on projects involving C++ and Java EE technologies. Martin also contributed to the design of the Ericsson Customer Interaction Platform (CIP) and the Service Integration Gateway (SIG).

In 2005, Martin moved to Ericsson, where they held multiple roles, including Solution Architect and Software Designer. Martin was responsible for designing components and coordinating technical teams for J2SE and J2EE products. Martin also served as a Software Architect within Ericsson's Business Unit Multimedia, where they designed core software components for products and invented new O&M frameworks for Java EE-based applications.

From 2009 to 2013, Martin worked at Delta Projects as a Systems Developer, focusing on developing a demand side platform (DSP) for online advertising. Martin utilized Java/Scala and Hadoop/Kafka ecosystems for scalability and analysis.

In 2018, Martin joined Telia as a Data Engineer and later became an Expert in Business Data Analytics. Their responsibilities included developing a Data Lakehouse based on open-source products, designing architecture, and implementing and verifying systems. Martin also played a key role in building a CI/CD solution using Github Actions.

Most recently, Martin has started working as a Delivery Engineer at AB Trav och Galopp, starting in 2023.

Martin Gustafsson attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer. Martin also holds a Java Programmer Certification from Oracle, although the specific details regarding its acquisition are not provided.
