Polivio R. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to present. Polivio is currently working as a Technical Project Manager at ATG USA since September 2021. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, they served as the Director of Operations at Real Estate Ventures.

Polivio R. worked at Codelpa from 2015 to 2017 as a Construction Project Manager, where they managed a $19M budget and successfully completed various projects ahead of schedule. Additionally, they led a team of 6 project managers for the pre-construction phase of 7 projects.

Before that, they worked at Codelpa as an Assistant Project Manager / Project Control Engineer from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they provided coordination of project execution and control for commercial projects and made significant contributions by adapting schedules to overcome supplier delays, resulting in time and budget savings.

Polivio R. worked as a Project Engineer at Grupo ESTRELLA from 2013 to 2014. Polivio was involved in site grading, drainage construction, and coordination of cranes and rigs for steel structures installation. Polivio also attended meetings with clients and took a lead role in bulk earth works and civil works.

Polivio R. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Structural Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra from 2009 to 2014. In 2015, they obtained a Professional Engineer (P.E) License from the Ministerio de la Presidencia de la República Dominicana. In 2022, they earned additional certifications including the Wrike Report Mastery: Silver Certification from Wrike, the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
