Richa Bhide is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management and consultancy. Currently serving as HR Manager at Atgeir Solutions since July 2021, Richa has successfully established a comprehensive set of HR functionalities in a startup IT environment, aligning processes with organizational goals.
