Subhendu Roy

Subhendu Roy has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Head of EPC & Design Renewable Energy Business at Atha Group since August 2016, overseeing a portfolio of solar power plants with plans to expand from 400 MW to 1000 MW. Simultaneously, Subhendu holds the same title at AMPL Cleantech Private Limited, where responsibilities include developing in-house EPC capabilities and strategic partnerships. Previous experience includes roles at GreenTech Powertech Solution Pvt. Ltd. as an Energy & Renewable Specialist, at Vikram Solar Private Limited as Sr. Vice President & Head of O&M, and at Reliance Infrastructure Limited as Vice President with leadership in large-scale power projects. Subhendu began a career in consulting at Development Consultants Private Limited and holds an MBA in Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Bengal.
