Philip Yawson

Philip Yawson possesses extensive experience in mortgage underwriting, currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Underwriter specializing in Non-QM at Athas Capital Group since November 2019. In this role, Philip is responsible for reviewing and approving complex consumer loan requests, including bank statement loans and those for foreign nationals. Prior experience includes a position as a Non-QM/Conventional Underwriter at Rockwater Mortgage from October 2012 to October 2019, where Philip established strong relationships with business partners. Philip also worked as a Loan Processor at Pulte Mortgage from January 2010 to September 2012, where responsibilities included accurate loan processing and documentation verification. Philip Yawson is an alumnus of Dickinson State University.
